Hi, I’m Alex from Alex4Sports.com. In my first YouTube video I wanted to present a set of effective exercises covering various muscle groups.

We will focus on our lower body and core. This 20 minute workout will will burn plenty of the unneeded calories as well as contribute to your general endurance.

The training is based on the Tabata protocol with slight time interval related differences.

Today’s workout will consist of 3 circuits. Each circuit will include 5 separate exercises:
– #1: Reversed Lunge & Side Kick with your Left Leg
– #2: Reversed Lunge & Side Kick with your Right Leg
– #3: Drop Squats
– #4: Squat Pulses
– #5: Mountain Climbers
